ROUGH AGE
IT DOESN’T BOTHER ME
It Doesn’t Bother Me
Rough Age is back with a brand-new single. Hear it now, ahead of its October 2026 release.
Recorded in Richmond with Pedro Aida.
Rough Age has always treated influence as raw material: the melodic pull of power pop, the weight of grunge, and the imperfect edges of ’90s indie rock. This song takes those familiar parts and pushes them further. The chorus is bigger, the quiet moments leave more room, and the band sounds more certain about what belongs together. It isn’t a reinvention. It’s the version of Rough Age we’ve been working toward.
